Does Hake (a fish I've never heard of until now) have a lot of Mercury in it?

I am pregnant and am trying to find fish to eat, and came accross Hake in the Schwann's truck. Does it have any high level of mercury I should know about before eating it?

I believe its on the high list. To avoid, lemme get you the list, hold on....

Nevermind, I was wrong, its on the low risk list. You can eat it.

I am not sure how much if at all any, but you should consult with your OB about foods that are safe during pregnancy.
