can some one give me any advice plz i have just tryed to install my new cam i have windows xp but when it installs it comes up with there was a problem installing this hardware usb device an error occured during instulation of device the l/o operation has been aborted because either thread exit or an appication request
i have tryed 3 times to un and reinstall but keep getting this as well saying my pc is not connected to internet when it is so can some one help plzzz

when i go to my tools on wind messager it says cannot detect webcam ? and i have tryed diffrent usb ports

Delete it from add/rem in the control panel then look in programme files and see whats there refering to Logitech and delete that as well. Then see if you can re install. Just a thought.
