If you convert the degrees and minutes into decimal latitudes and longitudes, you can plug them right into the following site:
For example:
52° 27' N = 52 27/60 = 52.45°
13° 18' E = 13 18/60 = 13.30°
52° 27'N 13° 18'E = 52.45° Lat / 13.3° Lon
--> Berlin, Germany
45° 27'N 9° 17'E = 45.45° Lat / 9.2833° Lon
--> Milan, Italy
48° 53'N 53° 2'E = 48.8833° Lat / 2.333° Lon
