Feminist are pretty greedy. They want equality, but refuse to give up traditional female privileges.

All people should be treated equally. If some people in a particular Race, Creed, Sexual Orientation, or Sex demands special attention, these demands should not be used as an argument against the entire group. There are whiney people in any group you can think of.
All people should be treated with respect and dignity, and the fact that women are the baby makers can not be overlooked.
There is no way to get around that fact.
I have no problem with women fighting in the military, if you sign up, you should be willing to do what the job requires.

Which "they" and what do they say, exactly? (the question is gone)
Anyone with more than one brain cell doesn't hold a whole group responsible for what one person says.
On the other hand, anyone with more than one brain cell is capable of grasping the fact that men don't get pregnant, so if health care is at issue, for instance, men don't need pre-natal care. (Just to take one thing that humans beings would demand for pregnant persons that they would for non-pregnant persons.)
Women are, in fact, human beings, and deserve to be treated as such.
If you reject that concept then you are something less than human.
Not all feminists demand "special treatment" on the grounds of "giving life" -- I know no male feminist who does so (though they agree that we need to take into account biological facts about women and birth).
Only a completely sub-human moron would value human beings only for their reproductive organs.
I have never used the express "women give life" as I find it silly.
Women carry zygotes, embroes, and fetuses -- well, some do, and no men do.

Rio, your avatar is female while your words appear instinctively male...which are you...?
Furthermore...of what country are you...? I am a male in the USA with years behind me and very rarely have I ever read or heard of a woman demanding equality with an included mention of her abilities to reproduce... Where are you gathering this information...?
The ERA (Equal Rights Amendment) deals with equality of women in as much as they will be treated equally as men and this has nothing to do with reproduction nor that women demand to be treated better than men...
What the amendment does assert is that women cannot be discrininated against for opportunities, careers, wages and individual choice when compared to men with the same endeavors...
The one thing that perhaps favours a woman is that her position at work must be held for her for a certain period of time both before and after giving birth and, truly so, it should be this way... If you do your research you will find men are also able to take time off for this event and not lose their position at work...
Personally, I see females as beautiful fragile creatures not intended simply to serve males as they most certainly have a lot more to offer in a relationship and even to the world beyond their abilities to reproduce...
Do they ask to be treated better "at times"...yes, they do... Do men ask to be treated better "at times"...yes, they do too...
Is not real equality when everyone wants the same oportunity and finding happiness with it, Rio...?
Sobeit...

yeah I agree and even though the question was deleted, that is a very weak reason to say women should be treated like princesses. I was reading some of the answers to that question and I was blown away by the desire to make an argument based on periods and child birth. It kind of shows me the state of the world and these forums. There is very little intelligent thought/talk going on. people just argue with feelings and emotions.

I'd love to answer this question, but I would probably be lynched for my answers.
e.g. I approve of the Israeli Army sending women into combat in the front line alongside the men.

"Feminists like exaggerating anything which involved possible negative consequences for women. Not much point in taking them seriously really."
How do you define a feminist, because you are providing broad weeping generalizations in describing feminists.
I can't understand how any intelligent woman could be anything but pro-woman? The point is to celebrate that which makes us special respectively both men and women!

I think equality exists already in teh US to a degree that is about as well as can be expected.
Yes, there are "privilages" to being a man in many aspects of our society, but there are also "disadvantages" to being a man in many aspects of society. Same with any race or creed you want to bring up.
basically, everyone wants to be a victim when things dont go their way.

I know many guys at school who keep saying that boys are better than girls, and women should just stay home and do all the housework while guys have fun. We all want better treatment, but since women have been discriminated against for so long, they are more sensitive to the topic. For example, when a black person insults a white person, it isn't a huge deal. But if a white person does it, chaos occurs. After a while, it'll become more balanced.

Many people think that eggs stick to the pan because the skillet is too hot. In fact, the reverse is true. A hot pan will sear the surface of the eggs, creating a non-stick surface on the eggs. A cooler pan will make eggs stick all the more.
