hydroponic lighting systems are advertised in lots of
adult comics, car magazines, biking magazines etc etc
sunlight systems is the well known one,a lot of dutch (amsterdam) systems are sunlight its the place where it manafactured and comes from i think

Try a gardening-supply center. I'm pretty sure I've seen them there.

If you don't have any luck with that, try finding a full-spectrum light bulb and use lamps.
