I like a sexy blouse under a business suit so that I can take off the jacket and wear the skirt.

Have to agree with the business suit with a sexy top underneath the jacket. If it was a skirt suit, I'd definitely go with a long pencil skirt. More form fitting and less suit-esque.

A halter vest with a nice blouse underneath, and some dangling earrings, a necklace, not too flashy [I recommend American eagle or something.] And then black pinstripe pants with some heels to pull it off.

a nice dress about knee length long(give or take) just a plain color like burgandy?(love that color) it looks classy and sexy and accesorizes make the outfit.
