I watched it earlier and was unimpressed with most of it except the part about 2012 which was a little more interesting. I was definitely unimpressed with the amount of commercials every few minutes. It was mostly a let down. Besides, I have enough of my own abduction experiences anyway. No one has to try to prove theirs to me. Here's someone from Youtube videos. (zzzzzzzz)

UFO abductions are almost certainly waking dreams or sleep paralysis. Some people use hypnosis to explore their "abductions" a la past life regression. This method is complete nonsense. Hypnosis is wholly unreliable.
