Nothing. It just goes through your system like anything else. Depending on the guy and what he eats, it can be a little bitter and hard to swallow, but it's not dangerous or anything.

idk, i assume it just goes trough your body like anything else and what isnt needed is either urinated out or crapped out as you digest it. not sure for sure though.
