I would not risk buying it that cheap, there must be something wrong with it. You may as well buy something decent, otherwise you will be buying again in a couple of years.

If you mean $30 per square yard, that's inexpensive for commercial carpet.

yes there is cheap commercial carpet

But keep in mind....'you get what you pay for'.
