It takes 4 wins for a team to win the finals. this is a much better of seven sequence so the 1st team to win 4 video games wins the sequence. They play a great number of video games for many motives. One being so as that the team who merits to win, does so with none excuses. And my very knowledgeable wager for why this is not in simple terms one championship pastime like soccer or soccer is for company purposes. The NBA as an entire could get so plenty greater funds for a chain going to 7 video games fairly than in basic terms a one pastime championship. This additionally helps the television scores.

The east is up for grabs and I had counted the Heat out of the race until they acquired Ricky Davis, with him they have speed, depth and a running mate for Wade. I had liked Cleveland but thought they would have the good sense to sign their own free agents or acquire replacements early. In a playoff series Cleveland has almost no chance to beat the Heat now. That leaves Chicago, Boston or Toronto to challenge the Heat and I don't like the Bostons or Torontos chances against the Superior defense of Chicago or what will become a two headed-monster with Wade and Davis at Miami, who does Boston have to defend players like that on the wing and in transition? Detroit will be as stale as the Heat had become before signing Davis. I take the Heat in the East.

In the west this could be the year for the Suns, but I just can't pick them, they are not made for the playoffs and do not have the kind of help that Stoudemire needs in the post, though Marion is a great player he is out of position at PF especially in post season play. I have to go with the Spurs but with major reservations. If Iverson can maintain a PG mindset through out the season for the majority of the minutes he plays and if Nene can play himself into shape and if Kenyon Martin can really return to form and if Camby can be healthy for the playoffs, Denver will be good enough to run anyone off the court. Health is a major issue in Denver. If Kobe is traded to a contender all bets are off.

San Antonio over Miami but Denver or Phoenix would beat Miami or Chicago or anyone else that the east can offer.

Late note: I watched the Celtics dismantle Washington and Arenas last night and Rondo, Pierce and Garnett were very impressive in spurts Ray Allen showed he can still defend, I was not one who expected chemistry problems in Boston but I thought they would have trouble shutting limiting teams with two good wing scorers, they probably will but if they score as easily as they did last night they might overcome their greatest deficiency pretty easily, I really think the bench will be sufficient.

"dallas always chokes" yup, thats why they beat the spurs in '05 in a game 7 AT SAN ANTONIO.

Either Dallas or San Antonio from the west and Boston or Detroit from the east.

I see Boston and Dallas honestly in the finals, with a 6 game series. The winner? Probably Dallas, but hopefully Boston.

I think my Nugz are still a couple of years away, Dallas always chokes, and no team from the Eastern Conference is going to win. Looks like the Spurs again this year. It'll probably be either Detroit or Cleveland again from the East. Maybe Chicago if they get Kobe.

I'll say Spurs over Pistons
