I'm trying to write a story about a person who gains werewolf-type powers, and the story would be better if I could incorporate some Native American legend into it. I don't really know any yet, though, so if you could give me a link to a good site about that stuff that would be great.

Ok, the others are right....no Native American tribe has that sort of legend, but they do have legends that are soo very close to being werewolf like it's unbelievable.....Skinwalkers and Shapeshifters are the main ones.......most werewolf legends say that to turn you must be bitten, scratched, or share the passion of the beast(sleep with a werewolf).....also drinking water from a wolf track is another one......or from a stream that it has drank from......Hope i was of some help

No Native American tribe has any legends about Werewolves. Plenty of legends that have wolves in them but no werewolves...

What do you mean Native American werewolves? Like shape-shifting skinwalkers or cannibalistic wendigos? Be more specific. There are entries for both skinwalkers and wendigo in wikipedia.
