I know it has all those business features, but would a teen be able to have fun with it?

I was thinking of getting one, but I don't want to get it and be bored with it. Do any other teens here have one? =)

Also it doesn't play the games from iTunes, which kind of sucks because I've bought 6 games from there for my iPod (not including the 4 that came with it). Oh well.

Thanks for answering! =)

I had a cell phone when I was 14, so sure why not, I'm not a parent, but I think it's a good idea to get a teen one, because that way you can keep track of where they are, if they need a ride, etc. The iPhone would be good for a teen because then you wouldn't have to spend the money on an mp3 player, cell phone and computer, she'd be able to have it all in her pocket. Very convenient. I would nonchalantly ask her what she thinks of the iPhone, and if she seems to really be into then go from there.
I personally would love one, and I'm 20... they're pretty awesome. Sorry I can't help more, good luck though!!

I personally don't think a 16 year old needs a cell phone. I know countless kids at my highschool who have them and use them once a day to call mommy or call friends for pointless reasons. Spoiling? I think the iPod touch is amazing and would love to have one, but for cheaper you can go with an iPod classic with 80-160 GB of room. But I don't know your circumstances or anything, its up to you. My opinion (Im 16) the youth of today are spoiled as hell, and are all unrespective little brats, myself included.

I tip my hat to her then, glad to know I'm not the only one who works my *** off for my possesions.
