Monitor says "no signal", power on button does not light up. I do hear the initial one beep that is normal, but then nothing.

Check all connections first.

If that doesn't work, it is probably a blown motherboard.

Hi. You may have the power management set to power up when the main power comes back after a failure. You do not say if it boots or not but if it does, just a normal shutdown may fix it.

Edit. Just read your update. All the devices you mention run directly from the PSU, not the motherboard. I would double check the motherboard power connection. Your prior answer about a bad mobo is a possibility, but I hope that's not it!

The video card may be dead. Maybe there's a problem with the video cable. Maybe the monitor is toast and won't display the video signal its getting. Some monitors have more than one input. Make sure you've tried all selcting each of them.

Depending on the BIOS setting, a computer may or may not turn on when it gets power.

Check all your cable.. (Check 1st)
Then, change your power supply.

In my life... 1) Power Supply problem (Most)
2) Mobo (Less)
