I'm looking at bottom line here. Since I pay 100% health coverage for all my employees and their families, the costs have sky rocketed with some employees having as many as 6 children.
I figure my costs would be contained if I only hire gay men and women.

I haven't found a woman who will touch me willingly in seven years. You're more than willing to hire me as long as I don't have to shower with the other employees.

I'm not sure if this is supposed to be serious or not. Just in case it is - gays and lesbians have children all the time - they adopt or use alternative methods of conceiving. That's a really poor way of trying to save money. Plus, what would you do - ask them their sexual orientation in the interview? (You can't do that.) It's more likely you would end up losing a lot more money in a discrimination suit. I'm just hoping this question was supposed to be a joke.

As an employer you have to give equal opportunity to all and your actions could lead you up a legal alley of discrimination.
You should source alternate ways of honouring your employees health plans like insurance.

Gay men and women are having kids too. Just because they are gay does not mean that they don't want a family and cannot reproduce.

i think that's illegal.
that is being discriminatory to straight men and women. hire MOST gay employees and a few straight just to be on the safe side. :)

How would ya know if they are gay?
The automatic assumption is that peope are straight, unless the person admits to it, which knowing the discrimination they are going to face, they probably won't.

that won't work... gay adoption is legal.. so you aren't guaranteed to have a bunch of people with no kids... ALSO.. there are sooo many gay men that convince women that they aren't gay.. and they have babies... and then there's the whole... lesbian gets her best friend father her baby game...

You could do that, but you would also get busted for employment discrimation. It may save you a few bucks in the short-run, but it'll catch up with you.
