There aren't any that are safe to have a lot of. First, everyone keeps saying fruit...this has a lot of sugar, natural sugar yes, but still sugar. Can be a problem if you have gestational diabetes and may be a problem even if you don't. Second, all the low sugar deserts have artificial sweeteners. While many will tell you they are fine to eat while you are pregnant if you do the research you will find that there are dangers in consuming them...especially during pregnancy. I would NOT consume them in large amounts. Third, too much of anything is a bad thing. I'm not saying don't have dessert...I am just saying to take it easy for the safety of you and your unborn child.

Fruit is good. I ate lots of mandarian oranges with toasted coconut when I was pregnant with my daughter. Also, yogurt, low fat without the non-sugar sweeteners - the jury is still out as to how safe they really are and why chance it.
As far as traditional sugary desserts, too much sugar is not a good thing and I can't think of anything that you can have as much as you want and not worry about. I wouldn't chance a sugar substitute product. They are laden with chemicals that have a nasty way of proving toxic later down the road, in spite of the FDA's okay to use them. Children are such a gift that the sacrifice is well worth it when you hold them for the first time.

Fruit is a great dessert. I was baking apples a lot when pregnant. Recipe follows. It's more of a "dessert" than just something sweet, so it makes it more satisfying to a sweet tooth.
BAKED CINNAMON APPLES
4 baking apples (Rome, Beauty, Golden Delicious)
4-8 tbsp. granulated or packed brown sugar
4 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Core apples and pare 1 inch strip of skin from around middle of each apple or pare upper half of each to prevent splitting. Place apples upright in ungreased baking dish. Place 1-2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon butter and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon in center of each apple. Pour water (1/4 inch deep) into baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees until tender when pierced with fork, 30-40 minutes. (Time will vary with size and type of apples.) Spoon syrup in dish over apples several times during baking if desired. 4 servings.
You can also try sweet bagels, muffins, or breads. I love cinnamon-raisin bread toasted and spread with Smart Balance instead of butter. Sometimes I'd make cinnamon toast with the cinnamon-raisin bread. Just smear some butter/margarine or substitute on the bread, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and toast in a toaster oven or broil it in an oven.

This is an easy one..... you get graham crackers or ginger snaps (they have low fat ones) and crush them up and put them in foil. Sprinkle some cinnamon on that and then put either sliced apples, bananas, or any mix of fruits with a little more cinnamon on top, them fold the whole thing up and bake it for a little while. It's GOOD and mostly healthy.
You can also freeze low fat yogurt or have sorbet.

Erm... Light cake with dark choco fudge?
Pudding? Jelly?
U knw, it's DIFFICULT!
Desserts are BEST when they're unhealthy.
Try Apple pie? Creme Brulee?
Tarts? Oops. Those are more like pastries.. oh dear.
My advise- dont eat unhealthy. But dont restrict urself!!!

I was told to watch my sugar intake and my friend who is a diabetic told me to get sugar-free chocolate pudding cups. They are easy to eat and yummy. You can even put them in a simple pie crust to make a pie. Good luck!
