My secret to happiness is spending time with my 3 cool nephews and my beautiful niece. Also, I recommend to do whatever the hell you flippin wanna do, unless it harms other people in the process.
Laugh a lot, love a lot and have lots of sex. Oh, play some Guitar Hero III as well... that S#!% is FUN!!!

I take time every day to be grateful for the good things in my life. It doesn't have to be anything big. Just being grateful for the air I breathe, the roof over my head, the food I ate and so on is enough to get me in touch and keep me in touch with happiness. Of course, it's ok to be grateful for the big stuff, too. But the idea is to connect to the good stuff - every day - and build from there.

being honest with myself for starters. I have also realized that happiness is the journey. not just the destination. we don't have to wait until a certain point in our lives to be happy. I have also let go of the things that have held me back. We all have crutches or addictions. when i had the strength to let them go my life started to change for the better.

Rugged individualism, open-mindedness, curiosity, and a sense of exhilaration and freedom.
And by living those values to the fullest, I hope to prove to myself that I don't need a family, a settled existence, or a stable job to be happy, but that I ultimately want them anyway.
