i try to come across as tough and harsh , but yet people love me to bits and realy get on with me and i cant understand why , do you have any ideas ? i am realy baffled

Really ? I am baffled too. I assume the people who loves you have no emotional feelings. They don't feel the pain of being treated with toughness and harshness.
