Since we were partially responsible, back in 1948, for the problems that Israelis and Palestinians now face, we should be using our influence (whatever is left of it) to work out a settlement that is fair for both. I personally feel the Palestinians were handed a bad deal when Israel became a state...many lost homes and businesses and became refugees, and remain so today. We owe it to everybody to diplomatically order a re-deal of the deck and give everyone a new hand! If that means Israel has to sacrifice some land, so be it! What we need is a LEADER who knows how to negotiate...not invade and kill!

You have a serious problem here .The Palistinians just will not learn a lesson from the radical Islamic failure. We all know the problems so called occupation , killing, Hamas sending rockets into populated Israeli towns etc ..etc....but here is some facts what Islam is about and the chaos it is causing to both Muslim and Christians alike.

This year Islam and Judaism's Holiest Holidays
Overlapped for 10 days. During this time:

Muslims racked up 397 dead bodies in 94 Islamic terror attacks against Muslims in 10 countries.

Jews obtained their 159th Nobel Prize Winner.

So how can you blame the western civilisation not to trust Islam or the Israeli's to trust the Palistinians . Can you really blame them .We are told Islam is a peaceful religion.Ok acceipt , so stand up and be counted show support to the Christian world denounce radical Islam .What do we get silence so we must assume the Muslim majority support radical violence against the western civilisation. If you think you can help the Palistinians then explain to them you cannot get 2 litres of water into a one litre bottle . In other words there has to be give and take or they get nothing in return only chaos like their friends arround the world.

Israeli occupation of where?

The Palestinian government has divided between the terrorist Hamas organization and the more reasonable Fatah Organization.

Thus, the Palestinian people have more to fear from factions within their own country, than from Israel.
