In a few days time, I'm due to have a CT scan on my aorta, and as a result, treatment (surgical) with be determined - or for the time being, not.
Presently (when last estimated), I have a 1 in 5 chance of having a ruptured aorta (simply just while sitting here, now).
The chances of surviving surgery are about 50/50...............
So, I'm doing my best to distract myself sitting here answering question and putting off going to bed ~ as I don't much like the dreams I generally have.

Good question and don't you just wish you could turn off your head thoughts every now and then. Here are my head thoughts:
Sad that my daughter and son-in-law are about to split (really sad)
Wondering why boyfriend hasn't been in touch today
Thinking about work tomorrow - a party for 200 older people (it's the truth!)

I'm regretting agreeing to go to the Timberwolves opener tonight. I don't like basketball but didn't have anything else to do. I'd rather go see Jerry Seinfeld's "Bee Movie" instead. I forgot that it opens tonight. Doh!

frustration over graduate statistics using SPSS.
It is one of those things that consumes your life and after you finish your degree you will probably never use again unless you plan to do research for a living.
