I think she is tryin to be a good resonsible person. She does alot for charity, and she has that school in africa. I know there is stuff going on at thats school, but i know that she is trying to make it right. I think she wants the best for those girls.... and i think she is dealing with it the best she can.

No, she's not responsible, but it really is sad that there is so much attention being given to this and there are so many schools where there are children being abused and nobody is even fazed or much less even hears about it, but because it involves Oprah's school the media is all over it. I think Oprah is really disappointed in this revelation, but I don't think it is in any way her fault, nor do I feel it should take away from the good her school is doing.

People are jealous of Oprah's success. She is not responsible for what happened at the school and is doing everything possible to correct it so it won't happen again. She should be given a lot of credit. She spent 40 million of her own money and wants what's best for those girls.

People should not blame Oprah for the failings of an employee at the school.

People always try and bring down a famous person ..
Oprah cannot be held responsible for what goes on thousands of miles away.
What she has started with education for children is an amazing thing more celebs could do this...

She has said that she was devastated by what happened, and is taking the apporpriate actions. As a survivor of child abuse herself, Oprah tends to take these things very personally. The accused child abusing staff members at school have been dismissed, and as of this afternoon, although I never read the story, one of them was even arrested.

I don't think she's responsible. She opened the school with good intentions. What she has done for those girls is amazing. That one of her staff misrepresented them self, is not something she should be blamed for. Sadly, it happens all the time in schools through out the country.

I think shes responsible. I think what happened at her school, she had no idea was happening. That school was opened with the best intention and maybe now she will have closer monitoring of the school..

Absolutely, NOT her fault. Her intentions were for good and good only. It's a shame.
