before or when you knew you where pregnant did you have that taste in your mouth ? I think it taste like copper lol .
And also did you have increased CM ?

Yep, I had the metallic taste too. It was there before I even had a positive pregnancy test. Congrats! And, I agree, it taste like you've been sucking on a penny. Yuck!

I had - and still have it - occasionally. It does taste sort of coppery, or as if you were bleeding somewhere in your mouth (blood tends to have a copper-like taste to it). It only aggrivated my morning sickness even more, and if it wasn't that, then I just had a bad taste in my mouth all the time. I didn't notice any increase in discharge until I was about 8 weeks along, but everyone is different. Good luck to you.

You know what? I had that taste in my mouth as soon as I took the pregnancy test and got a positive lol. I got in the shower and it just came suddenly lol. It only lasted for a couple minutes...it was strange =]

I never had the taste, but I have known other pregnant women who did experience this.

yes i could taste it! i could taste it before i found out i was pregnant and for a few eeks after drove me mad!

Yes!!! It was so weird.............. I also had the taste of Olives in my mouth which i NEVER eat olives so that was weird
