Au is gold waht you described is white gold
There is no chemical formula since th two don't have any covalent bonding. It is a physical alloy mixture.
Oxidation state Ag+1 Cu+2
They are both transition metals in the same family and are excellent conductors of electricity.

You can use silver jewelry dip - but because it's not sterling don't leave it in for more than a minute. If you've worn the silver completely off there's nothing you can do.
