F1, definitely. He'll want to show Lewis who's boss!

He will definitely stay in F1 because that's where the most money is and he's young enough to have a long career there.

But now I'm hearing that one stipulation in the release from his contract was that he couldn't go to one of the other big rivals of McLaren (Ferrari, BMW, Renault for example) and that he might land at Red Bull.

Don't know how long he would have to stay there but I would guess it would only be for a year and then he would move to a better team.

I will be happy as long as he doesn't come to Ferrari. Ferrari has a good thing going with Raki and Massa. He should go to Redbull, Adrian Newey's cars are getting better and they will be competitive next year. Williams have a strong team too, Mario Thiessen also didn't hide the fact that he wants Alonso on his team.

LoL, why would a world class driver like Alonso want to go to a whimpy motorsport like NASCAR? his talents would just be wasted.

personally, he should go to BMW. but its likely its back to Renault or Red Bull. everyone's trying to get him on board, even the smaller teams. he's worth the shot.

Apart from Renault (with the Flavio love) I can't see why anyone else would want such a blackmailing, tantrum-prone prick like Alonso! The other teams will surely be a bit dubious about taking him on

There are a few teams out there who want alonso as their driver. But wherever he chooses to go, it will be a step down from mclaren.

Renault, he and Flav are probably talking to each other right now. Note to Flav and Ferdy: listen to Mariah Carey's "We Belong Together" for moral support the next time you decide to split like a banana from Flav again and vice versa...
