The twitching is there all the time plus I get VERY BAD cramp in both legs , the twitching is not painful but it's not nice to see all this movement under the skin it's like something is trying to get out, can any professional person advise.

Victor,' I cannot believe it', I suffer from the very same thing. If I watch the back of my calves, it looks and feels as though they are bubbling under the surface. I also suffer with cramp in the legs, mainly at night. and have to end up pacing the floor.
My Doctor prescribed me Quinine and that definitely helps
keep the cramp at bay. It certainly doesn't cause cramp.
I think your twitching and my bubbling is down to poor circulation. Sorry I am not a professional but that's what I reckon.

You don't say how old you are but they are most likely muscle spasms - causes can be tiredness,poor circulation, lack of essential minerals in the diet or stress - you should see a doctor in case it leads to deep vein thrombosis .

Are you drinking any products containing quinine? This can cause cramps and other problems. It could also just be tics caused by stress but you should see your GP.

Sounds like "Restless legs" see your Dr who can give you something for it.
