Try the herbal cure Deep Sleep. Bereave me when I say you really need to undertake to see a specialist before you end up leaving this mortal coil prematurely. That is clever how you disguised those words into your question.Greif, mourning (instead of morning), lament & coffin- all allusions to death and the process of grieving.

If it happened to be a poet that wrote this, then i think it probably means 'why do i bother waking up every morning when the one certainty is death'?
