they have been debiting my checking account for months now, and I don't even know who they are, and they have some number on the statement that doesn''t corrospond to a telephone number

Your bank can actually put a stop to it by themselves. Contact someone there and they can help you. As far as any money being taken out, to get it returned, you'll have to call the tritech company, and get it reimbersed. Good Luck.

1. write them a letter
2. call them.
3. tell your bank you want it stopped
4. If they don't stop, change your bank account number.
