Hmmmmm I'd be taking it to Trading Standards then - get them to check it out.

hi yes i had the same problem with the zapp and luckily the handles hit the floor b4 baby i complained to quinny and got nowhere they do actually make wheel weights for them now to stop them tipping (dont know if these work i was to scared to use my zapp again) but the way i see it if they make the weights they must know that there is a problem so why on earth dont they recall the buggy. all in all good buggy for short trips or hols as long as you have your hand superglued to the handles everyday buggy useless i think because you cant keep hold of handles constantly and it only takes a second to tip. good luck and get rid of the zapp. bruin presto do one very similar but 4 wheels and reclines, cheaper and doesnt tip over.

Actually those strollers are quite famous cause they are very unstable and tip very easily (that's the reason I didn't get one). I haven't heard of one case of one of those being exchanged or repaired, although it would be good to know they've improved it.

Get in touch with Trading Standards. Any item sold has to be fit for its purpose.
