By definition, yes, if the voting rolls reflect the demographics of the nation as a whole, since women outnumber men by a small margin, even if every man likewise banded together to vote against said female candidate, the female would win.
But, that hypothetical is never going to happen. Far to many people vote based on real issues rather than gender solidarity.

Answer: Yes, women outnumber men, but why vote for a women just because she is a women, that is ignorant and shortsighted. I really don't care about the race, sex, or color of a candidate, I'm more concerned with the views and what their intentions are as a leader. Don't be a fool and vote for a women because you are a women. Vote for the person that has the views you like the best in a leader.

IF they did, yes. BUT they never would. Too many females have problems with other females in power... its true. I wont vote for Hillary because I dont trust a word she says. But it would be possible that I voted for a female if I did like her... I think a woman is fully capable of being president, just as any man... but lilke anything else, it depends on who the PERSON is.

That depends if All men banded together and voted for whoever was running against her. Also not All women or anywhere near that can get behind Hillary. Weather u love her or hate her she is the most polarizing figure in politics.

absolutely. females account for 48-52% of the population (varies year to year). presently only about 35% of the TOTAL population even turns out to vote for presidential elections (and thats an optomistic estimate)
so if 1/2 of the total population voted for the same candidate, that would, electorally speaking, be a landslide.

I always find it strange that people make assumptions that if you are a certain race or gender you will vote a certain way. Women are smart enough to vote for the issues, not just the gender.

I favor to imagine that gender had no longer something to do with it. Mondale turned right into a shaggy dog tale and Ferraro did have that little problem of her husband likely being in mattress with prepared crime. i imagine Mondale would were a repeat of Carter. tremendous smile yet little or no substance there. good success to you

If you are talking about Hillary, hell no.
Women are independent thinkers, only the weak would vote for someone based on gender, or race for that matter, we vote on the issues.
