Who want to give me money from competitions I never entered, who seem to know exactly what is wrong with private parts of my body and how to fix it, who are offering me cut-price medicines I never thought I needed, and who will reward me generously for helping them to solve their bank problems? What did I do to deserve such generosity?

Sounds like you are on a Nigerians mailing list. Since you know the content of those spam emails, you broke the first rule of keeping spam out of your inbox. Which is to NEVER open any email unless you were expecting it, know who it is from.
Every time you open spam mail, you are telling the sender "hey, I found a live one".
I like your sarcasm though. Good to have a sense of humor.
If you have the option, the best way to get rid of spam is to change email addresses. Works every time.

It's because there are so many people who worship money.

The very kindly folks who are offering you all these things have studied social engineering. They're merely trying to trick other average people into spending money on their "generally" useless wares.

Are you talking about services in advertisement? It's not nice; it's another word entirely.

It's called, "scam."
