The Magic Flute (i guess you mean this one. the 2 most famous arias are "Der Hölle Rache" sung by the Queen of the Night and "Ach, ich fühl's" sung by Pamina).

Le Nozze di Figaro
Abduction from the Serail

The most famous of Mozart's operas are the 'Da Ponte' operas, so named because he was the librettist (or wrote 'the book' in modern parlance). These are Cosi Fan Tutte, Don Giovanni and The Marriage of Figaro. Other favourites of his mature years (which are the ones you are likely to have heard) are Idomeneo,
The Abduction from the Seraglio, The Magic Flute and Il Clemenza di Tito. I think you are thinking of the The Magic Flute (or Die Zauberflote) which has famous parts for the Queen of the Night and her daughter Pamina, as well as for 'three boys' which are often sung by leading female opera starts

The most well known are probably:
Don Giovanni
Le Nozze di Figaro (The Marriage of Figaro)
Die Zauberflote (The Magic Flute)
Cosi fan tutte.

I'm curious - why do you think operas "creep you out." Especially talking of Mozart's operas which are all essentially beautiful. If you had said that an opera like Strauss' "Elektra" had crept you out I could understand it, but Mozart??

Marriage of Figaro and Don Giovanni are the best known. Lost up a list on www.google.com under Mozart; there's a works list.
