Well the speed limit here is 75 so hitting 80 is second to none. I have a bad habit of driving fast anyway. I have only owned Volvos and each time I get one I take a chance, or two or three and see how fast they'll go. I've gone over 100 but don't want to brag because it is dangerous and stupid. My Sons say they are scared when they ride with me. They call me speed demon. I luckily (knock on wood) have never gotten a ticket for anything and I am 47. I'm been in a couple of accidents but they either weren't my fault or I just didn't get a ticket.
My insurance company loves me but if they read this they'll probably raise my rates.

Well, the speed limit here in Wyoming is 75 so yea, i do 80 on a regular basis if I'm on the freeway.

Yeah, lots of times. My record was 125 on a highway in the middle of North Dakota one time.
I got caught--the speed limit was 70 and my fine was only like $60. Wow, I got lucky.

Yes, so the Highway Patrolman must have been doing 100 to catch me that fast and he had to turn around too!

Just that one time when I was babysitting these kids and we had to go to the city to pick up my spastic friend at the bus station. I know it was dangerous to do that with kids in the car, but we had to beat their parents home, right?

I do every time I drive to work. It's fun driving at that speed but you have to be a good and alert driver and know where the cops hide.

Yes I've acutally got my car up to 95mph! =D but that was a long time ago and I probably wouldn't ever do it again!
