Is it a dead ball if the bowler bowls perfectly but the bowl bounces more than one time on the pitch before reaching the batsman?

I think twice is okay, but more than that is a no-ball. The number of times it bounces isn't relevant to whether it's a Dead ball.

No Ball Law #6:
"The umpire at the bowler's end shall call and signal No ball if a ball which he considers to have been delivered, without having previously touched the bat or person of the striker,
either (i) bounces more than twice
or (ii) rolls along the ground before it reaches the popping crease."

Yes ,it is a no ball if the bowl bounces more than 1 time before reaching the crease

It is not a dead ball. Will only be a dead ball if the ball bounces more than two times

i think its a dead ball if it bounced more than twice. if its twice, then no.
