As a glass blower is it illegal to make or sell Pipes & Bongs in NJ

Is there some sort of regualtions or permit needed?

Isnt it a federal offence to sell bongs?

2C:36-3. Distribute, dispense or possession with intent to distribute or manufacture, crime of fourth degree It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute or dispense, or possess with intent to distribute or dispense, or manufacture with intent to distribute or dispense, drug paraphernalia, knowing that it will be used to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, ingest, inhale or otherwise introduce into the human body a controlled dangerous substance or controlled substance analog in violation of the provisions of chapter 35 of this title. Any person who violates this section commits a crime of the fourth degree.

Yeah in NJ it is illegitimate to have any drug paraphernalia. This inludes pipes, bowls, oneys, seeds, baggies, scales, you call it. I stay in PA and the weed rules are previous outrageous. flow to the west coast the place you could smoke your reefer devoid of questions asked.

When I lived in Ohio and in Florida, they were busting the Head Sheds for possession of paraphenalia for displaying them.

You will have to check with your local laws. I know in texas you can sell them, but you can only advertise that they are for acual tabacco products.

Advertise them as hookahs intended to use with tobacco.
