As far as I know there are no documented deaths directly attributable to the use of marijuana. Marijuana is habit forming; alcohol is addictive. I've never known of anyone to get in a fight because they were stoned. Marijuana does cause damage to the short term memory and tends to make very regular users a bit apathetic. But Marijuana has some health benefits, particularly in pain management and appetite stimulation. I am pro-legalization, but largely for economic reasons.

I would say alcohol. If someone has been drinking all day long there is a great chance they will get emotional, moody, or angry. If someone smokes pot all day long......... they will just be stoned. No harm in that.

I would say alcohol. That can make someone angry and abusive. At least weed is natural and high people are way more laid back.
