'DOG' CHAPMAN SOLD OUT BY HIS SON
LATEST: TV star DUANE 'DOG' CHAPMAN was exposed as a racist by his own son, after he sold a tape of the controversial conversation to a U.S. tabloid for cash. The star of reality TV show Dog, The Bounty Hunter was heard referring to his son Tucker's Latino girlfriend as a "whore" and a "n**ger" on the tape, which landed in the hands of editors at the National Enquirer. Chapman Snr. issued an apology for the racial slur on Thursday (01Nov07) after bosses at A+E television suspended production on his reality series. But shortly after making his apology, it was revealed that Tucker was the person who made the tape public, pocketing himself "a lot of money", according to Chapman's lawyer. Attorney Brook Hart, adds, "I guess because of whatever level of anger he had of his father, he felt the need to express it in that manner. "I have never seen anything that suggests (Duane) judges people by the colour of their skin or racial background or anything but on their character. "Duane lost his composure and made very, very inappropriate remarks, for which he truly regrets."

I first heard the short version and just now got to hear the long version of this phone conversation between Tucker and Mr. Chapman.
I hear a Father disciplining a son whose girlfriend was making threats and stirring up problems between the family members.
Every family has at one time or another gotten on to their children who were hanging around people who were a bad influence.
It is extremely obvious Mr. Chapman was very correct in his assessment of the whole situation concerning his son Tucker and his girlfriend.
While Mr. Chapman is talking to his son the very son whose is recording this conversation is lying to his Dad on this tape about his girlfriends intentions.
THEY WERE NOT JUST HIS GIRLFRIENDS INTENTIONS ~ OBVIOUSLY!!!
Shame on A&E, Black leaders for getting involved and promotion a rebellious son.

They shouldnt suspend his show! He has done so much for the communities of America, this just shows he is actually human! I personally will not be watching A&E until his show is put back on the air!

You know dog does good for amercia and he did capture andrew luster which no one else was making an attempt to do.We all say things we regret or shouldnt have said.No one says sorry for calling people fat or discrimnatiing against women daily for job pay etc.get over it and let him have his show!!he is good guy !!everyones kid needs corrected now and then theres plenty of guys i wish daughter wouldnt bring home.

Dog was convicted in the murder of a black man in Texas, back in 1977. He claims to have changed his life, yet he uses racial hatred freely. I don't think he has changed his ways, nor has he sought an atonement being apart of the murder of an innocent black man.

His girlfriend is really pretty I don't blame him for doing that to his dad.
