The fact that the housing market is depressed isn't something liberals are making up. Its on the national news. There is such a thing as reality. Just because the housing market is depressed, and prices are being driven down to accommodate that isn't the same as saying nobody can buy a home now.
In fact, soon the repos will be selling like hotcakes to investors. This has all happened before. The doom and gloom comes from people who paid too much for their home to begin with and now are in the situation of having to sell at a much lower price. That has effected both liberals and conservatives.

Congratulations on buying a house!
The housing market is having a hard time, but it will bounce back. It usually does. People bought houses with adjustable rate mortgages, and got caught with their pants down when the rates went higher. It doesn't mean that everyone is unable to buy a house right now, but it does mean that the lending requirements are now more strict.

No! analyze newspaper records on the topic of protection force aviation failures contained in the Pacific in and about the South China Sea between 1958-1962. Then, study those information charges to the reliable us of a records for aviation failures. next, do an analogous for Civilian flights contained in the area. word the inability of flight numbers... through protection force structure of protection force households. Did I listen "sabotage"? I really have uncovered countless air failures in newpapers which aren't to any extent further in protection force records.

Probably because you were able to take advantage of the poor schmuck who lost his house to foreclosure, or paid a price much lower than it would have been a year ago because of the housing crisis. One person's doom and gloom is another's opportunity. That does not make the problem and its long term effects less real or less important. Especially since it was primarily precipitated by a greedy and poorly regulated loan and real estate industry.

actually now is a great time to buy a house, if you have the down payment and the credit.
housing prices are at a 25 year low....and lenders are, for now, much more concerned with being more "fair and honest" with the fees, interest, etc. amid all the scandal, and also much more likely and willing to turn a person with inadequate credit down than they were, say, 2 years ago.

The trend in the housing market does not apply to you specifically, It does not mean that nobody is buying houses, it means that fewer people are able to buy homes which in tern drives the cost of real estate down. It is great for the first time buyer however terrible for those who now hold mortgages in excess of their property value.

Wow, you had better notify all the country's economists that you just bought a house!
Apparently the economists are all wrong.
You just bought a house! Alert the media!
Happy days are here again!
[THANKS FOR YET ANOTHER GREAT EXAMPLE OF HOW TO A RIGHTWINGER A SINGLE ANECDOTE OR DATA POINT CAN BE USED TO TURN A BLIND EYE TO STATISTICAL REALITY.]

You cash a check written by the government ,directly or indirectly you work to collect tax dollars from tax payers . Get off my back and quit being so proud of your crimes . ...... Besides , being forced to downsize your home due to inflation and increased medical costs is not creating more wealth for you .
