the only way to get this weapon ive found so far is that Illidan Stormrage drops ones that rogues and warriors can use, and therye classified as swords.

The above post is correct. The only weapon based on the dual-bladed sword design thus far are the Twin Glaives of Azzinoth, which are Legendary items from Illidan Stormrage in the Black Temple. To my knowledge, the swords the BE guards carry are an NPC graphic only. Too bad, because they would look nice on a Rogue or Fury Warrior.

Those are the same blades that Night Elf Demon Hunters used in warcraft 3 (Illidan being one of them before he got corrupted) and I have not seen any player-useable weapon that has a similar graphic.

Are we even able to get those? I didn't think we could. But I've also noticed that on the back of the box for the original WoW, it has a night elf in-game with one of those. I'd really like to know too.
