I really don't believe this is an important issue facing America today. Vice President Cheney is not a criminal. Nor is there any evidence showing that he is. If you can provide evidence, every major media outlet in the US would love to get a copy of it. It just doesn't exist. The no-bid contract are given out to expedite the process of getting materials and services.
