My door bell ringing anytime around 5am-8am because the only time that happens is when someone is coming to tell me VERY bad news in person...so now if I hear mine or my neighbors I shoot straight up and am stuck with fear..almost so much that It takes me a few minutes to finally have the courage to let them in.
