fingerprint clearance?

I need to get a fngerpring clearance for a job, how do i get one? I already have fingerprints on file, also will a crime i commited about a year ago show up? it was for a DUI

Such clearances are normally done by the employer. Most employers, do not include motor vehicle violations unless you will be driving for them or it was a felony conviction.
