yes it is, it is pure honey... but everything in moderation is OK... unless you're eating bowls of it, you should be ok..
And Jen G? your ingredient list shouldn't say any of that, it should say:
Ingredients: honey
Bees make honey, if people make it and it says corn syrup, etc.. then you're not eating real honey anyway..
