I have been on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo for 3 years now and this is it the first month any of these symptoms have shown up. At the time when I should have been ovulating I experienced sharp cramps on my left side. I had intercourse during that time. Seven days later I had pink and brown spotting that lasted 5 days. During that time I cried for no reason, vomitted, felt extremely tired, had vivid dreams and developed very dark veins on my breasts. I am expecting my period in 4-5 days and am wondering if I might be pregnant, despite taking my pills on time everydays. Any thoughts would be helpful.
Btw: I am married with no children. It would be an "accident" if I were pregnant but a happy accident so while I am concerned it is more the not knowing that is bothering me than the possibility of being pregnant.

Its always possible since bc isn't 100%, but I would wait until you actually miss your period inorder to test. Some tests can detect pregnancy early but they still aren't as strong if you wait. Also if your af comes in 4-5 days but you tested already then you will have waisted the time and money. Try not to worry about it (its hard I know) but just wait and see if Aunt Flow comes. Sound like you could be preggo..I would take the First response pregnancy test. It is pretty accurate and can determine a pregnancy 4 days before your period.
