There has been increased speculation that if Iraq, the Iraqi kurds and the U.S. fail to meet Turkish demands over the PKK terrorists, Ankara will be left with only ONE CHOICE: staging an operation into northern Iraq some time in mid-November (in order to eliminate those terrorists "ONLY" there will be no military action againts civilians and/or kurds) as the Turkish government has come under increased public pressure.

You have the Kurds in Iraq trying to unite with the Kurds in Turkey to create their own state. I doubt if either country will allow this to happen.
