Ok, here it is..my friend smells really bad. I have no idea what to tell her because she is always bragging about how great she smells and all the different perfumes she wears, but all I smell is nastiness. What do I do?

Does everyone feel this way or just you? If it's just you, it's possible that you just have different tastes in perfumes than she does. She might take a liking to the stronger, musky perfumes, whereas you might prefer light scented, even scented body lotion types.
Best thing to do is to just tell her, straight up. Since she is your friend, you shouldn't be rude about it. Tell her, "you're my friend and I just want to be honest with you, I really don't particularly like all these various types of perfumes you wear. They are actually pretty strong and tickle my nose. Do you think it'd be possible to tone 'em down a bit?" Or maybe you could pick some other type of perfume out that you like that you think she might like as well and offer it to her as an early Christmas present.

I had a friend that didnt smell really good...and smelt like she didnt bath well or wear deodrant at all...I eventually had to quit hanging out w/ her so much

sit her down and tell her, I had a friend that smelled horrible in hs, we sat her down and told her, she already knew and tried everything.
