I've definatly been having enough sleep. I am a 15 yar old female. My usual day is just school, i've only just noticed it recently, i become very tired all day really.
Why is this?

poor nutrition, sleep apnea, hormonal changes are just a few things that can cause your problem. see a doctor to discuss.

lack of exercise can cause this. or if you drink caffeine during the day you can crash later
