Not who's scarier but who do you like best? Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, Jason or Leatherface. I like Michael best personally but I think Freddy always scared me the most when I was a kid.

Freddy Kruger was by far the coolest, but he became crappy during the never-ending sequels.
Michael Myers was scary as hell when he was just a little boy. In fact, he was pretty cool in the first two movies. Again, the sequels screwed him up. Especially the one where he was in outer space.
Jason was always rubbish.
Leatherface was the funniest, especially when he nearly chopped his own leg off at the end of the original.
But, to answer your question, I like Freddy best, 'cause he was also the "good" alien in V.

oh MIchael defo scares me the most, creepy. I like him as a scary character cos he is tall and has a big build, very realistic!
