I will definitely try to talk her out of it. Infidelity is a reflection of ones value {or lack there of} for ones self.
It's a reflection of a low self esteem.
Will I reveal her secret? Keeping a secret like that is encouraging her behaviour. I'll tell that whilst I won't go to her boyfriend and tell him, if ever it comes up I won't lie about it. Reason being, if I was being cheated on, I would like some one to tell me even if it hurts to find out.
Hope this helps!

I would try and talk her out of it but if she did don't tell. My best friend is more important than her significant other. I would think it is wrong but it is her choice in the end.

I would and have chosen A in the past.
It is none of your business and certainly not your place to tell her significant other
Just be her friend as that is what you were before and don't judge

i would pick A.
mostly because i've cheated on my boyfriend before, but i didn't mean to.
what happened was i was at a friend's house and her older brother was hitting on me. one time just me and her brother were hanging out and drinking, and he started kissing me and stuff. i was too drunk to stop him, even though i wanted to and i knew it was wrong to be cheating on my bf. i just went along with it, even though he was kinda taking advantage of me. he was 3 years older!
i ended up telling a good friend of mine who was also best friends with my boyfriend, and he ended up telling him. i really wish he didn't tell because it was an accident.
anyway i would never cheat again and i suggest nobody else cheats also, its horrible.

Try and talk her out of it, but if she does cheat, whether you tell on her depends on how close you are to her partner.

ask her why then if she asks for my advice then and only then would I give it to her. As for telling on her, that's a bullet she's got to dodge and suffer the effects of her actions.
Unless there is harm to a child, it's not my place to tell on her

Depends on how long we had been best friends, my relationship with the SO, etc. Either
A or B

A, probably, but possibly B (if she dates my good friend or my brother or someone like that).
