Stomach spasms?

ok imve been having stomach spasms for awhile little ones like flurtting but today it was strong enough to see on the outside of my stonmach i am not pregnant been on yaz birth control and took a test i am anemic and take b 12 vitamin shot once a month and vitamin d pill for this does this happen to anyone else and why does this happen?

forgot to mention i am 31 y/o could this be from the vitamins mabe???
