Can someone explain to me how I do this?
I have to graph this inequality

y > –2(0, -2) and (2, 0)

Also, I think that if I end up with a greater than symbol I shade above the line, and a less than symbol means to shade it below the line. Is this correct? Thanks

y > –2(0, -2) and (2, 0)
the gives are points.
So we have not a line equation.
I think the line must be a line passes throuh the given points
(0,4) and (2,0)
the line x/2+y/4=1
y/4=1-x/2
y=4-2x
The inequality will be in the form
y>4-2x
shade up the line
but do not take the line.
