I am up to the ice place I have found the bad guy that made pretend to be one of the ice people. I went in side the cave already & have found the claw thingy. I just need to know everything else on how to get up tp the boss part of it! Please tell me.

I am up to the part where you have to shoot the 2 eyes I think but they keep on closing their eyes i don't know what to do...there is also like 2 sticks where you can use the claw shot thingy i dont know what to do with those either

That gave me trouble too. This is a hint for you to figure out. Use the hookshot / claw thingy on the sticks making it a walking rope. Don't jump onto the rope but rather shoot at it with your bow. You will notice that the arrows bounce back.
The rest is easy.

the eyes close when you face them, so make a tight rope with your grappling hook, then turn around and shoot arrows at the rope which will bounce back and hit the eyes
